The awarding ceremony of the 2020 Promotion Awards was live streamed online last March 5. The event, organized by Promotion Magazine and sponsored by UNA, Aziende delle Comunicazioni Unite, saw the participation of Italy’s top companies and managers, and awarded the best engagement and retention campaigns in the promotional and loyalty industry.
Advice Group swept the third edition of the event and for the second year in a row, a project developed for the utility industry was honored with the “Best of the Best” award.
The project developed for AGOS DUCATO won in the “Best Contest” category. The judges acknowledged the innovative solutions that involved Agos’ payment and financial tools as well as the three waves of customer activation that helped increase retention and forge a mutually beneficial brand-consumer relationship over time.
The four prizes won by Advice are an important acknowledgement of the value of Advice’s behavioral strategies and they are only the latest in a long line of awards. Over the past three years, Advice has won 20 national and international awards with projects developed in different sectors.
Our projects in the utility industry turned out to be the most successful, both in Italy and abroad, as proven by Greeners, Sorgenia’s innovative community. Greeners was born with the aim of creating a mutually beneficial relationship between Sorgenia and their consumers based on the shared interest in environmental sustainability. Greeners is fully integrated in Sorgenia’s digital ecosystem and it is based on a simple and fun gamification strategy that drives engagement and improves retention rates. The members of the community are encouraged to adopt environmentally friendly practices to reduce their carbon footprint through content and missions that return value to them.
These awards make us the most awarded martech company in Italy with 20 awards in just 3 years. National and international judges have acknowledged the impact that behavior-based loyalty strategies can have on B2B and B2C loyalty programs. With our innovative and disruptive projects in the food, finance, insurance, energy and sport industries (to name but a few), we have brought our clients to the top of the loyalty industry at international level. We marry behavioral marketing with proprietary cutting-edge technology which is what makes us a valued and trusted partner in the market. We are now going to focus on the entertainment, culture and travel industries, the most affected by the pandemic, where we believe that a new vision and a new direction are much needed
