COO Bertolotti, 36, will report directly to Advice CEO Fulvio Furbatto and will be responsible for the entire range of Advice operations. In his new role, Andrea will supervise a team of 30 people that work on over 100 projects per year.
Former Alpitur Web Editor and SEO and former Tekka Project Manager, Andrea brought his expertise in digital marketing to Advice in 2015. Since 2016 he has overseen the Project Management team and the development and optimization of the production process in major projects for clients such as P&G, Barilla, UnipolSai, AS Roma, Parmareggio and Lavazza.
I am very proud to have been entrusted with such a strategic position, I believe my appointment as a COO proves the trust that the company has always had in me. The market of behavioral loyalty is rapidly evolving, and in this scenario, Advice is making change starting from its team and their expertise. Andrea’s appointment is fully in line with the vision that we are pursuing. Typically, a company will fuel its growth by hiring externally, without giving proper value to the internal team and without fully considering the impact such a decision might have on them.
