Itas Mutua belongs to the Gruppo Itas Assicurazioni group and its history goes back almost two centuries. Itas Mutua is well known for building solid and transparent relationships between its agencies and its insured.
Such relationships are fostered by Itas Mutua’s collaborators who have the delicate task of both selling Itas products and conveying the company’s values. The Itas Challenge campaign has a twofold goal: to support Itas Mutua’s collaborators in reaching incremental sales targets, and to test the extent of their knowledge of Itas’ products and motivate them to master Itas’ business solutions.
The campaign is structured as a real challenge for Itas’ collaborators who are engaged through personalized communications that challenge them to compete to win a series of prizes. The program aims at engaging the highest number of collaborators and motivating them to reach personalized and incremental sales targets. Each step they take, they get closer to their goals and move up on the rank. In addition, they can reach their goals faster by taking surveys that have a double purpose: by answering questions on Itas products for final customers, collaborators are encouraged to perfect their expertise thus allowing Itas to assess their preparation. Last but not least, Itas also gets detailed feedback on the quality of the training received by collaborators.
As an additional tool, Itas can plan specific competitions to support special company needs such as having collaborators use certain digital tools or boost the sale of certain products.
The integration of myprize – the loyalty currency platform by Advice – with Itas Challenge platform allows collaborators to choose the award they would most like to receive while providing Itas with extra data on the preferences of its collaborators.
