Agos is an Italian financial institution that has been operating in the consumer credit sector for 30 years. The company provides consumer credit through personal loans, retailers loans, credit cards, salary backed loans and leases.
Agos has entrusted Advice to create a loyalty program that targets Agos clients with the aim of increasing brand awareness and lowering churn rate.
The strategy we implemented consists in the execution of recurring engagement activities to engage clients on a continuous basis and forge a valuable, long-lasting relationship with them.
The campaign applies to both Agos cards and loans and it reflects Agos’ intention to return value to customers, a value that equals the amount of money spent or loaned. The high participation rate registered in every wave of the campaign proves its success.
The project runs on Advice’s Customer Data Platform WEKIT. The platform enables Agos to track user behavior and collect behavioral data that enriches Agos database in real time, thus the creation of user clusters that are targeted with personalized communications to support the goals of the campaign in terms of business and retention.
In addition, the recurring administration of surveys to Agos customer base allows the brand to enrich its database with valuable information that will help plan future marketing strategies.
