ILLEGITIMATE BEHAVIOUR REPORTING SYSTEM - "WHISTLEBLOWING"

Advice Group S.p.A. is committed to promoting a corporate culture based on ethical behaviour and good corporate governance, creating an environment in which people are encouraged to report unacceptable conduct within the Group. For this reason we have provided dedicated channels, processes and procedures to ensure confidentiality and freedom from retaliation for people who report illegitimate behaviour. Violations and/or irregularities relating to the topics governed by the Whistleblowing Policy and external regulations may be reported. Illustrative but not exhaustive examples are the following types of conduct: Corruption, harassment, bullying, fraud, misuse of confidential customer and company data, violation of the code of ethics and/or the code of conduct, violations of the Organizational and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
