Challenge

Bauli turned to Advice in order to map the behaviour of users in relation to cross-brand activities. This would facilitate the construction of a direct and personalised dialogue with consumers over time and to support business activities.

Solution

To engage both existing customers and prospects a continuous engagement strategy was developed, organised on different waves and involving the Group's different brands. The project is based on the concepts of modularity and scalability of the underlying technology platform, guaranteeing high-level performance in support of cross-selling dynamics.
