Brief

Flying Tiger Copenhagen, a company that makes extraordinary products for everyday life, turned to Advice to bring it closer to people, both customers and non-customers, and overcome the limitation of the previous touchpoint’s static customer journeys in favour of dynamic customer journeys

Challenge

Flying Tiger made a clear choice: its loyalty programme must not be for the few but must be a democratic opportunity, therefore aimed at the public as a whole including those who rarely visit its stores. The new Flying Tiger Copenhagen app was created to meet different brand objectives, both business and R&D.

Solution

The strategy is based on the principles of behavioural loyalty: people are at the centre of the brand's attention and are involved regardless of their attitude to spending within a gamification process that stimulates continuous interaction, ensuring the collection of data and useful information to support data enrichment.
